Technical data

This fabrics is used in horizontal vacuum filters for filtration of fine gypsum particles in FGD plants. Excellent filtration and mechanical properties of the filter fabricare due to the unique fabric construction. PET small-diameter monofilament yarns are used on the cake side to create a large number of very small apertures, while there are PET monofilaments with big diameters on thelower side to achieve high bendingand mechanical resistance. Benefits: Excellent filtration properties and weave stability. High air permeability throughout the fabric service life. High bending resistance in the cross-machine direction prevents the fabric from rippling.
